British artist and filmmaker John Akomfrah in conversation with art historian, educator, critic and curator Salah Hassan. Artist talk held as part of the talks and lectures hosted during the inaugural opening of the Lahore Biennale.

Professor Salah M. Hassan is the Goldwin Smith Professor of African and African Diaspora Art History and Visual Culture in Africana Studies and Research Center, and Department of History of Art and Visual Studies, and Director of the Institute for Comparative Modernities (ICM) at Cornell University in New York.
