Aisha Zaman



Aisha Zaman is an independent journalist, editor and creative consultant with over 15 years multi-disciplinary experience. Possessing a keen passion for seeking out unusual and intriguing places, particularly those off the beaten track and a love of telling people’s stories. For over a decade and half Aisha has traversed the globe to write on art, design, craftsmanship, architecture, food and travel for major British & Middle Eastern lifestyle publications.

Her writing has been published in Arab News, Vogue Arabia, Elle Decoration UK, LivingEtc, The World of Interiors, Cover Magazine UK, Harper’s Bazaar, Architectural Digest, Citizen K, The Kurator (Gulf News), and Robb Report.

She was formerly based in London, with full time roles across various publishing houses, such as Conde Nast, IPC, and Hearst Media. Prior to working in the publishing sector, Aisha worked for a number of years in strategy consulting and international development, with organisations such as KPMG UK and The Asia Foundation. She has a Joint Honours Degree in Economics and Political Science from LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences) and a Master's degree in Comparative Politics & Global Governance from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE).
