Farwa Tassaduq is a Pakistani entrepreneur and educator, renowned for co-founding One Earth Toys in 2018. This startup focuses on producing handmade wooden toys inspired by Reggio Emilia and Waldorf education philosophies, promoting play-based learning and environmental sustainability among children. In 2021, Farwa earned an MPhil in Education Leadership and Management from the Syed Ahsan Ali and Syed Maratib Ali School of Education at LUMS. Her academic journey enhanced her leadership, teaching, and research skills, which she effectively applies in her entrepreneurial and educational endeavors.

Her dedication to children's education and environmental awareness has garnered significant recognition. She was a finalist in the Business and Innovation category of the UK Alumni Award 2021–22 in Pakistan. Additionally, she received the Commonwealth Scholarship Alumni Community Engagement Fund to conduct a virtual short course on "Understanding SDGs to Respond to Climate Change" in 2022.

Farwa remains actively connected to the academic community, regularly presenting her startup at the annual Practicum Showcase Conference and sharing her insights at various educational forums. Her work exemplifies the integration of educational leadership with sustainable business practices, contributing to innovative learning opportunities for children in Pakistan.
